Homemade White Chocolate Bars Recipe

These creamy, dreamy Homemade White Chocolate Bars are simple to make. These bars are ideal for any occasion or as a sweet treat, and are sure to please chocolate lovers of all ages.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Using parchment paper, line an 8x8 baking pan.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat once it is melted and smooth, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • If using nuts, evenly distribute them on the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Pour the white chocolate mixture over the nuts or directly into the prepared pan.
  • With a spatula, spread the mixture evenly and gently tap the pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate has set.
  • When the chocolate has set, remove it from the pan with the parchment paper and cut it into bars.
