Pistachio Chocolate Bark Recipe

• 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
• 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

• In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring after each interval, until completely melted.
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate over it.
• Using a spatula, spread the chocolate evenly on the parchment paper.
• Evenly distribute the shelled pistachios and sea salt over the chocolate.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate bark is firm.
