Instructions

  • Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
  • Melt the dark and milk chocolates together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Combine the sea salt and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin layer.
  • If desired, scatter the chopped nuts on top.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is firm.
  • Remove the chocolate from the fridge and shard it with your hands or a sharp knife.
